Biography
   Her father George was in the 43rd Regiment of Foot, also known as the Monmouthshire. They were based at Fort St George (Madras) in 1879. In 1881 it became part of the Oxfordshire Light Infantry. Two other Credland children are listed Thomas (born in Thayet-Myo (Burma) in 1881 and William J born in Bangalore in 1883. Janice Brooker
