Cheriton tradesman killed. Car overturns in road he might have been blinded by the sun. Inquest verdict of accidental death. Mr Thomas ASHCROFT, aged 61, a well known cycle dealer, of 12, Cheriton High Street, was killed almost instantly on Saturday evening when his car overturned in Cherry Garden Lane and he was thrown out onto the road. He was alone in the car at the time.
